Founded in 2017 in Austin, Texas, DefenTec was born from a passion for cybersecurity and a vision to make enterprise-grade protection accessible to businesses of all sizes.
Our founder, a successful entrepreneur with multiple ventures across the Austin area, recognized a critical gap in the market: small and medium-sized businesses were increasingly targeted by sophisticated cyber threats but lacked the resources to build robust in-house security operations.
